"Actually I had another Realtor that had initially sold me my home back in 2009 so I had a very good relationship with him, very happy with his services and I called him when I was interested in putting it on the market. He no longer serviced the area or was doing something different, I’m not sure what it was, but he referred me to Pazi and said that he would be great person to work with me on selling the home. We exchanged contact information, a few days passed, he came by and walked through the house and everything and we established our relationship from there. There had to be some communication between me and my ex-husband at the time and he was really good. There wasn’t really anything to mediate, so I wouldn’t say that but there were times that I was working to get some things done around the home and tidying up some things he went above and beyond in terms of telling me of this strategy to do that and what I needed to do to make sure that we were able to market the home for as much as we possibly could. He did a lot to contribute to that. Just making sure that I got all of the little things together and that I did what I needed to do to get everything in place to maximize the selling opportunity. I would say that he is a very professional young man, not only in how he handles his business even his appearance and the way that he came when I first met him. It was late in the evening, but you couldn’t tell from looking at him. He was refreshed and professional and sharp and just overall a very good Realtor. “Found him in a kind of roundabout way. We were looking into doing FHA and there’s a Georgia Dream Program out here and so we went to a bank that, according to Georgia’s website said that they did it and I guess they had changed things recently but the banker there was the one who recommended Pazi to me. We got in touch with him and he got us in touch with another institution that would help us out with the FHA stuff and we just kind of went from there. It took us little bit over a year and half to get everything in line and get our down payment set up and all of that but Pazi was able to help with that. Once we were ready to go we already had a list of houses and we just kind of picked which ones that we were serious about and one of his agents helped show them to us. It was a pretty smooth process actually. He got us in touch with Dean and Sandy at Home Bridge and they kind of helped us with the financial planning aspects of it. And we went through his website to look at most of the houses before we even went out to see them and that was kind of our main go-to, was the website to put the list together so that we could see everything out there and then he just facilitated once we knew which ones we wanted to go to. We’d send him the list and he’d provide some feedback about ‘this one is good, this one some of the key phrases or the history of the property doesn’t look like it would be a good idea, a bunch of people have backed out on deals’ and that kind of stuff. Pretty good experience. I’d say the main thing is it seems like he’s got a fair number of people working for him and with him so you know it was kind of nice, any time I tended to make phone calls or anything I’d be dealing with Pazi himself. It was just the showings and stuff that would be different agents. It would be a Saturday and I could still shoot him a text message and he’d respond usually within the hour and that was our primary mode of conversation for a while. Other than Sundays he’s available pretty much any day of the week. He was more than happy to answer our questions.”
